Professional Visit to Germany
A group of 26 MSEAM members went to Germany on 21 - 26 February 2016 for a professional visit. The aims of the visit were to benchmark and learn the best leadership practices of the Germany institutions. Emeritus Prof. Dato' Dr. Ibrahim Bajunid, the President of MSEAM, led the delegation. Places of visit were Platanus School, Berlin, Technical Institute for Teachers, Frankfurt, Technical University Berlin, Ministry of Education, Berlin, and the Embassy of Malaysia, Berlin

Prof. Hans from Technical University of Berlin explaining the best practices exercised by professors and leaders of various positions at the university. The main motivating factor for professors and senior lecturers in doing their job is the allocation for research and not job promotion!
At Technical Institute for Teacher, Frankfurt, we were briefed on how the institute produce 'competent' employees with balanced theoretical and practical aspects.

The signing of Letter of Intent of cooperation between MSEAM and Centre of Excellence and Societal Research & Development (CESRD), Near East University, Nicosia, Cyprus was aim to enhance collaboration between MSEAM and Near East University in the areas of research, publication and seminar organization. CESRD was represented by its Director, Prof. Dr. Nedeme Serakinci and Dr. Sazali represented MSEAM.

Signing an MOU with University of Sarajevo (May 2010)
Memorandum of Understanding between Faculty of Educational Sciences, University of Sarajevo and Malaysian Society for Educational Administration and Management (MSEAM) aims to establish cooperation in the field of pedagogical education and educational management and leadership through collaborative research and consultancy. The collaboration include organization of seminars and study visits.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by the Malaysian Ambassador to Bosnia-Herzegovina, H.E. Dato' Zulkifli Adnan and representative from Ministry of Education Bosnia-Herzegovina.
